This is how training works as it should be – using Anja as an example

Converting HEIC files. Sounds trivial at first, but it became an annoying stumbling block in everyday work. While the discussion about solutions was still ongoing, Anja – our IT specialist trainee – simply did it:
She wrote a small Python script in Visual Studio Code and installed the solution directly. Along the way, she also addressed the problem, which she had only noticed by chance.
No big announcement. No ticket. Just: identified the problem, built the solution.
